(Beacon), a Chicago-based company pioneering the use of Far-UVC 222nm disinfection technology in commercial and consumer settings, announced today the successful closing of its $1.6M Seed funding round. The funding will fuel Beacon's continued expansion, including the public launch of its V2 product, which is set to debut in the months ahead. It will also bolster the company's sales and marketing initiatives, and enable further development of impact measurements.
